Come join our Inter-cultural committee food festival: 30th May 2009

After the success of the Fashion Show, the ICC are planning a grand Food Festival on Saturday, 30th May 2009 from 12.30pm onwards. This coincides with a Derby Day against Beaulieu College and an Open Day that the college will host. This day will be an excellent opportunity for the whole college family to share in a fun-filled day of sport and food.

We envisage for this to be a parent-driven initiative; with stalls set up to highlight the food of various cultures. We are hoping to set up stalls representing Indian, Mexican, Portuguese, African and other food. Stalls can be hired at a nominal cost by interested parties and any profits made from the sales will be your own.

With this in mind, we would like to invite all interested parents or other parties who would like to run a stall to forward ideas/suggestions/recommendations to Ms. B. Maganbhai (at bmaganbhai@dainferncollege.co.za) .

Your assistance and cooperation in this activity will be highly appreciated and valued.
