The Brian Falconer Property Group was founded in 1995 by Aubrey Schneider and Brian Falconer, two successful realtors who had previously been employed by one of the major Real Estate groups.

Today, Brian heads up the Dainfern and franchise operations. Over the last 10 years Aubrey has launched, and successfully sold out 24 Developments, in Dainfern, Bryanston, Fourways, Lonehill and Craigavon. Current developments are situated in Beverley, Kyalami, Kengies and Blue Hills.

The Development Team takes responsibility for all aspects of Development, including Project Management, Sales and marketing, Architecture and House Construction.
